30-day returns
Return eligibility
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery for an eligible order. Returns are accepted for both defective and non-defective items.
Please contact us before sending anything back so we can provide the correct return instructions.
Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. CARDHAVEN TCG does not charge a restocking fee.
Refunds
Once an approved return is received and reviewed, the refund is issued to the original payment method. Processing time after a refund is issued can vary by payment provider or financial institution.
Damaged or defective items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us with your order details so we can review the issue and provide next steps.
How to start a return
Email support@cardhaventcg.com before returning an item. Include your order information and a brief description of the reason for the return. We typically respond within 1–2 business days.
